The more noise you have in your mind, the less peace you experience.

If you feel like your emotions, desires, impulses are controlling you, this is the place for you. So often we want something… maybe to lose weight, have a successful business, feel less anxious, etc. but there is something inside of us that almost fights against the desire for wellness and peace.

It’s almost like there is a push and pull inside your head that keeps you from taking the actions that will serve you.

Every week there will be a Facebook live lesson. There will also be a weekly group session via zoom with a Q&A plus meditation to allow for connection and personalized support.
